A Bronze for her country at 11 years old

SHE DID IT! Our little Rebekah has won a bronze medal for her country at 11, would you believe that!!!!!

Well, I could hardly believe it either. Her Mum said as she told me the news on the phone, "Mum, she can hardly hold the flowers and the medal, while supporters crowded around her all asking for her autograph. This is amazing, we have never had anyone in our family win anything like this before. Isn't she wonderful? Thanks everyone who wished her good luck, it worked! It'll be some time before we come back down to earth I'm sure. Speak soon Tricia

Hi Everyone,
Thank you so much for your wishes of congratulations for Rebekah, I am sure she will be pleased to read them when she comes home. Yes, we couldn't be more proud if we tried. There are very few who ever reach this level, let alone at her age. She has deserved it, really she has. Thanks again Tricia

Well done Rebekah. An incredible achievement. Take that from one who knows just how good a performance it must have been to get an international bronze medal.
Cheers - lots of them.

Thanks Shirley,
I'm sure that once I tell Rebekah that you know all about Gymnastics I am sure your good wishes will be even more valued. She is having a well earned rest now. What with the press and everything else we have one tired little girl. Thanks again Tricia

Bekah, you deserve to celebrate and if that means having a Chinese Take Away then you enjoy it darling.

You've reached the top Bex and you don't have to do anything that you don't want to, you remember that. I was proud of you before you were a champion so now I am over the moon with my cool Grand Daughter,

Oh and can I have your autograph Bex as everyone else seems to have one. Bye for now Love from Nanny and everyone here x x x x
